General Travelling Conditions & Tour Itinerary

• Fraser Experience Tours reserve the right to substitute or amend tour itinerary due to tide and weather conditions. We also reserve the right to substitute tour vehicles, food and drinks without prior notification.
• You must reconfirm your tour 48-24hrs in advance. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled. Bookings can be reconfirmed via email info@fraserexperiencetours.com.au or phone 07 4124 4244.
• Fraser Experience Tours cannot guarantee estimated pick up and/or drop off times and are not liable for passengers failing to connect to with other services or any associated costs resulting from such delays.
• Travelers need to be independedntly mobile to access and disembark the 4WD vehicles and all tour sites visited. Please call or email Fraser Experience Tours if you need further assistance.
• Due to K'ari (Fraser Island) being entirely off-road, we recommend you consult with your doctor if you have a pre-existing medical condition (pregnancy, back pain, motion sickness etc) before making a booking.
• We do not carry children under 4 on our 1 Day Experience Tour due to the bus not having the required anchor points for the child seat.
• Children of any age can travel on our Land Cruiser tours, however all child seats must be provided and installed by the guests.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Minimum passenger numbers are subject to change at any time. If a tour needs to be canceled due to minimum passengers not being met, we will offer an alternate tour option with a similair itinerary or a full refund will be provided.
• Directors, managers and staff shall not be responsible or liable for death and/or injury to any person, or lossof/damage to any property.

Behaviour

Fraser Experience Tours is not a common carrier and therefore can refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment of the group. By travelling with Fraser Experience Tours, you agree to accept the authority of the guide and accept their decisions. Our staff are entitled to a safe working environment and our passengers to a great holiday. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the trip. If a guide requires a passenger to leave the trip no refunds will be given and that passenger will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is NOT included in the tour price. Fraser Experience does strongly recommend that passengers arrange their own travel insurance to cover against illness, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed tour date.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

• Cancellations made prior to 48hrs before tour date will not incur a cancellation fee and a full refund will be provided.
• Cancellations made within 48hrs of tour departure or failure to board on tour date will incur a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee.
• Please note non-utilitzed componenrts of the tour are not refunadable or redeemable for cash.
• Transfers to another date are not allowed 24hrs prior to travel/departure.
• The tour will only be canceled in the event where K'gari (Fraser Island) is closed by the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation due to natural disaster or when Fraser Experience Tours deem the tour unsafe to continue. In this occurance, guests will be offered a 12 month travel voucher. If guests are unable to to postpone their travels, we will provide a full refund minus any applicable deposit paid to a booking agent. 

Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for online transactions.
• Payment options available are: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Cards accepted - Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
